VOLUNTEER FAIR—VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Thanks to all who have already volunteered to help with the Volunteer Fair.
What a great effort. We have a few areas that still need more coverage—
- Promotion (including identifying and reaching out to news outlets, civic and religious organizations, social media, etc.)
- Posting Signs in local businesses, buildings, etc.
- Making signs for the Hospitality Table and Help Desk
- Monitoring and refilling water (and cups) for the Hospitality Table
- Set up and/or Take down of the sound system
- Set up and/or Take down of tables and chairs
