VOLUNTEER FAIR—VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Thanks to all who have already volunteered to help with the Volunteer Fair.

What a great effort. We have a few areas that still need more coverage—

Promotion (including identifying and reaching out to news outlets, civic and religious organizations, social media, etc.)
Posting Signs in local businesses, buildings, etc.
Making signs for the Hospitality Table and Help Desk
Monitoring and refilling water (and cups) for the Hospitality Table
Set up and/or Take down of the sound system
Set up and/or Take down of tables and chairs
